We've had our share of rainbow parties, fairy birthday parties and unicorn parties. The simply thing missing from all of our parties is rainbow ice foam. I'1000 not talking about ice sorbet, I'm talking near creamy, soft, rainbow water ice foam. Since we couldn't notice the perfect rainbow water ice foam in the store, we made it ourselves!

Rainbow Unicorn Ice Foam Recipe

Serves four-six

Prep Time: 15 min

Freeze Time: eight-ten hours

Ingredients

  • 2 cups very cold heavy whipping cream
  • one can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • Food coloring – 6 colors

Instructions

  1. Identify loaf pan or container in freezer at to the lowest degree 30 minutes
  2. Place bowl and whisk in freezer at least 30 minutes
  3. Be sure whipping cream and condensed milk are actually cold
  4. In a large bowl, beat whipping foam until stiff peaks form
  5. In a medium basin, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until smooth
  6. Gradually add together milk mixture to whipping cream by GENTLY folding into whipped foam
